About the role
- Design and manage complex multi-agent workflows
- Architect state management for LLMs
- Write, test, and version-control system instructions for LLMs
- Design and implement moderation and security risk mitigation pipelines
- Work closely with backend and frontend teams for seamless integration
Requirements
- Strong traditional programming background
- 1–3 years of deep, hands-on experience with LLM-backed applications
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript
- Familiarity with modern reactive frontend frameworks (preferably Angular v21)
- Hands-on experience with modern agent harnesses (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI)
- Deep understanding of how LLMs process information
- Hands-on experience with designing and employing guardrails for agents’ actions and outputs
