Key responsibilities & impact

Review, collect, clean, analyze, and report on data from active research studies
Participate in customer calls and contribute to project conversations
Develop logic models and conduct literature or survey-based research
Support internal projects and other tasks as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2–4 years of experience in K–12 education research or program evaluation
A master's or doctoral degree in Evaluation, Statistics, Educational Psychology, Psychology, Learning Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field
Experience with Stata or R for quantitative analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
Solid project management and organizational skills
Experience with Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar tools
Proven ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
A self-starter mindset with a bias toward action
Nice to have: Experience with R Markdown for analysis and reporting
Familiarity with AERA, APA, and NCME Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing (2014)
Prior experience working in a software development organization
