Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field. An MBA or advanced financial degree is highly preferred.
Certifications: Professional treasury designation (e.g., CTP—Certified Treasury Professional, or CCT—Certified Corporate Treasurer) is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury management or a highly relevant corporate finance role.
Leadership: Proven leadership skills with a track record of building, mentoring, and managing high-performing finance teams.
Subject Matter Expertise: Deep operational understanding of cash management, international banking structures, debt facilities, and financial instruments (including derivative/hedging strategies).
