Business Development Specialist, K–12 Teacher & Leader Evaluation Systems

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build relationships with superintendents, principals, and district leaders
- Lead consultative conversations around teacher & leader evaluation systems
- Manage a pipeline from first conversation through signed partnership
- Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to education leaders
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings and messaging
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in one of the following: School leadership (Principal or Assistant Principal), OR District-level instructional leadership (including HR or evaluation systems)
- Direct experience with teacher and leader evaluation systems (Marzano, Danielson, etc.)
- Experience leading or supporting instructional improvement initiatives
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
