About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build relationships with superintendents, principals, and district leaders
  • Lead consultative conversations around teacher & leader evaluation systems
  • Manage a pipeline from first conversation through signed partnership
  • Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to education leaders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings and messaging

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in one of the following: School leadership (Principal or Assistant Principal), OR District-level instructional leadership (including HR or evaluation systems)
  • Direct experience with teacher and leader evaluation systems (Marzano, Danielson, etc.)
  • Experience leading or supporting instructional improvement initiatives
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
