Key responsibilities & impact

Build relationships with superintendents, principals, and district leaders
Lead consultative conversations around teacher & leader evaluation systems
Manage a pipeline from first conversation through signed partnership
Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to education leaders
Collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings and messaging

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in one of the following: School leadership (Principal or Assistant Principal), OR District-level instructional leadership (including HR or evaluation systems)
Direct experience with teacher and leader evaluation systems (Marzano, Danielson, etc.)
Experience leading or supporting instructional improvement initiatives
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
