About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute campaigns across email, paid ads (LinkedIn, Google), webinars, and events
- Build and optimize lead-generation funnels and product nurture campaigns to convert prospects into sales opportunities
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance (leads, MQLs, pipeline)
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), sales and leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in product marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or similar roles
- Experience in B2B, EdTech, or professional services
- K-12 education product marketing experience preferred
- Paid media campaign and email marketing experience preferred
- Familiarity with lead scoring, funnel optimization, and lifecycle marketing preferred
