About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and execute campaigns across email, paid ads (LinkedIn, Google), webinars, and events
  • Build and optimize lead-generation funnels and product nurture campaigns to convert prospects into sales opportunities
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance (leads, MQLs, pipeline)
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), sales and leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in product marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or similar roles
  • Experience in B2B, EdTech, or professional services
  • K-12 education product marketing experience preferred
  • Paid media campaign and email marketing experience preferred
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, funnel optimization, and lifecycle marketing preferred
