Own the multi-year product vision and roadmap with a relentless commitment to strengthening the product and delivering results.
Proactively identify market opportunities, instructional gaps, and competitive threats—and act on them.

Represent the voice of K–12 educators and leaders, translating insight into decisive, high-impact priorities.

Proven experience leading product K-12 strategy with a strong bias toward action and follow-through.
Deep understanding of K–12 instruction and educator evaluation systems.
Self-starter mentality—comfortable taking ownership, setting direction, and driving progress without waiting to be asked.
High personal standards and a willingness to work hard to build something exceptional.
Ability to influence across teams, challenge thinking, and move work forward.
Strong analytical judgment paired with clear, compelling communication.
Curiosity and discernment around AI and emerging technologies, focused on real instructional value.
