About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support instructional improvement with our school system partners
  • Work closely with internal leaders to execute professional development, diagnose and progress monitor instruction
  • Build and coach capacity in instructional leaders
  • Provide content and curricular expertise throughout the country in grades K-12
  • Collaborate with system and school leaders to analyze and monitor instruction and leadership practices
  • Design and deliver curriculum-specific professional learning for teachers and school leaders
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of professional learning through observation, feedback, and outcomes data

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of professional experience, including experience as a math teacher and 2+ years as an administrator or instructional coach
  • Deep content knowledge demonstrated through the ability to independently design and deliver high-engagement, curriculum- and content-specific professional learning with accuracy and clarity
  • Expertise in diagnosing the quality of instruction and instructional leadership practices using proprietary tools, with the ability to synthesize trends into recommended, actionable strategies for leaders
  • Mastery of coaching skills necessary to build the capacity of instructional leaders
  • Proven ability to coordinate effectively across team members, demonstrating clarity in communication and seamless task handoffs to ensure project alignment
