People and Culture Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide executive administrative support to the Executive Director of People and Culture
- Manage internal operations and contribute to culture and engagement efforts across the organization
- Support proactive calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and preparation of materials for internal and external engagements
- Manage day-to-day operations that enhance the effectiveness of the People and Culture team
- Help design and execute culture-building initiatives such as retreats, team-building activities, internal celebrations, and engagement campaigns
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, gather input from stakeholders, and support alignment across teams
- Maintain strong internal communication by supporting meetings, sharing timely updates, and managing shared documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience with logistics planning and administrative support of executive leadership
- Strong ability in providing proactive, high-level support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and confidential communication
- Strong ability in managing logistics and daily operations to boost leadership effectiveness and team productivity
- Skilled in polished internal communication and maintaining aligned, efficient workflows
- Skilled in designing initiatives that foster connection and reflect organizational values
- Experienced in planning retreats, team-building events, and cultural celebrations that strengthen engagement and belonging
- Strong ability to work across teams and functions to ensure alignment and progress toward shared goals
- Strong skills in coordinating and supporting processes from planning through execution
