About the role
- Own and develop annual multi-channel marketing strategies for a portfolio of corporate partners
- Analyze campaign and funnel data to generate actionable insights, translating them into strategies improving engagement and program outcomes
- Leverage understanding of marketing channels to create, test, and optimize engagement strategies
- Craft clear campaign briefings providing direction for Learner Engagement Operations teams
- Partner with internal teams aligning efforts with client KPIs and learner engagement goals
- Work closely with Corporate Partner Success team for program expansions and support pitch efforts
- Act as a trusted advisor and marketing expert through effective, data-driven presentations
Requirements
- 7+ years marketing experience in a role developing multi-channel marketing strategies for a variety of clients, within a B2C capacity at minimum
- Effective communicator excelling in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Adaptable, embracing change and pivoting strategies while staying timely and on budget
- Deep understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels integrating them into client engagement strategies
- Thrives in dynamic environments, energized by crafting and executing impactful strategies
- Natural problem-solver using data and critical thinking to make informed decisions
- Aligns with mission to support learners and motivated by their success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
