About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support partner relationships and growth strategy, annual targets, retention, impact objectives, expansion opportunities, and client satisfaction
  • Serve as relationship manager, primary client liaison, and account owner for specialty, scholarship-only client accounts
  • Support account strategy and program management, including technical issue resolution, learner support, billing, communications, legal items, and general Q&As
  • Deliver yearly business reviews and assess account growth opportunities
  • Analyze customer health metrics, run NPS surveys, and gather partner feedback
  • Maintain client updates and documentation through Salesforce, client notes, internal channels, and other sources
  • Build presentation materials for internal and external meetings
  • Nurture and renew existing accounts and drive revenue maintenance and generation through learner enrollments and account growth
  • Identify, track, analyze, and communicate success metrics
  • Facilitate operational elements of client program design for maintenance and expansion
  • Develop client stakeholder relationships and lead client initiatives
  • Set and achieve enrollment, retention, engagement, and partnership health goals
  • Develop subject matter expertise in the learner experience and identify barriers and opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, academic partnerships, sales, and support teams
  • Synthesize feedback to advise decision-making and product strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must be located in AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA, WA, or WI
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate client success and/or corporate client services role
  • Customer-first mentality focused on building and nurturing lasting relationships
  • Excellent independent judgment
  • Creative problem-solving ability for complex customer challenges
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Bias for speed and action with high analytic accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexible and willing to travel as needed, up to 10%
