Set strategic vision and drive operational excellence for coaching services; oversee Coach Managers and Exposure Coaches
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute strategic direction of team-based clinical care
Recruit, hire, mentor, and manage a large team; conduct performance reviews and address performance issues
Develop and implement policies, protocols, and quality assurance processes; participate in quality improvement initiatives
Provide expert consultation on escalated or complex cases and ensure adherence to evidence-based best practices
Build data-driven feedback loops and leverage dashboards to monitor performance metrics and outcomes
Oversee coaching budget and staffing model in consultation with Chief Clinical Operations Officer
Partner with technology and product teams to identify needs for efficiency, automation, and AI tools
Track and address provider experience metrics and partner on retention and workforce planning initiatives
Lead cross-functional initiatives including care delivery innovation and product development
Requirements
Proven experience in coaching, with the ability to champion the role of coaches as integral members of the care team
Commitment to compassionate, strengths-based, patient- and family-centered support
Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, mental health, or a related behavioral health field preferred
10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years managing senior leaders and scaling clinical or coaching organizations of 100+ people
Demonstrated success building large, distributed, high-functioning teams
Strong leadership competencies, including leading through change and influencing cross-functionally
Proven ability to use data for performance management, decision-making, and strategic planning
Demonstrated success in identifying and solving complex clinical or operational problems
Openness to leveraging technology and AI to innovate coaching practices
Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare compliance, and risk management
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Cultural competence with regard to diversity and inclusion
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a manner that inspires confidence and trust
