Director

• Set strategic vision and drive operational excellence for coaching services; oversee Coach Managers and Exposure Coaches
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute strategic direction of team-based clinical care
• Recruit, hire, mentor, and manage a large team; conduct performance reviews and address performance issues
• Develop and implement policies, protocols, and quality assurance processes; participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Provide expert consultation on escalated or complex cases and ensure adherence to evidence-based best practices
• Build data-driven feedback loops and leverage dashboards to monitor performance metrics and outcomes
• Oversee coaching budget and staffing model in consultation with Chief Clinical Operations Officer
• Partner with technology and product teams to identify needs for efficiency, automation, and AI tools
• Track and address provider experience metrics and partner on retention and workforce planning initiatives
• Lead cross-functional initiatives including care delivery innovation and product development
