About the role
- Contribute to the institutional strengthening of training centers by supporting planning, process organization, and the structuring of development strategies for training centers;
- Work on structured institutional development processes, including diagnostics, strategic planning, design of instruments and methodologies, monitoring, and systematization of lessons learned;
- Support the design, review, and enhancement of continuing education and professional development policies within state education networks;
- Participate in technical advisory activities, co-creation workshops, and institutional follow-up with state education networks;
- Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of plans, policies, and continuing education programs, including the definition and analysis of indicators;
- Support the production of technical deliverables such as briefs, analytical matrices, rubrics, assessment instruments, reports, and guidance documents;
- Support applied research activities, national and international benchmarking, and analysis of the continuing education field;
- Systematize and analyze lessons learned from work with networks, producing analytical inputs for institutional improvement and public policy influence;
- Combine theoretical references and empirical evidence to inform strategic decisions, course corrections, and the replanning of work.
Requirements
- Degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Public Management, Social Sciences, Production Engineering, or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree in Educational Policy, Public Management, Organizational Development, Evaluation and Planning (preferred);
- Experience in institutional planning and development, design and implementation of educational public policies, or monitoring and evaluation of policies and programs;
- Experience working in complex institutional contexts involving multiple stakeholders, institutional negotiation, and organizational change processes;
- Knowledge of continuing education and professional development policies for education professionals, preferably within public school networks;
- Experience producing technical and analytical documents to support decision-making, such as technical notes, analytical reports, conceptual matrices, and management instruments;
- Experience working in public agencies, civil society organizations, international organizations, or research institutions (advantageous).
