About the role
- Ensure alignment between the institutional strategy and program and project portfolios, supporting the definition and execution of planning, management and governance routines;
- Act as a partner to teams, supporting ideation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure of programs and projects, applying management methodologies (traditional, agile and hybrid);
- Monitor results, risks and changes at strategic, tactical and operational levels, proposing course corrections based on descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analyses;
- Support the evolution of management systems and processes, contributing analyses and improvement suggestions based on maturity assessments and performance indicators;
- Contribute to the development of organizational competencies in project and program management through training, mentoring and structured exchanges with teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy Management, Information Systems or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Strategic Management, Data Science or related areas;
- English (proficient reading of technical documents);
- Knowledge of strategic planning and context analysis: stakeholders, PESTEL, SWOT, value chain, theory of change, problem tree, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), etc.;
- Program and project management using hybrid, prescriptive (e.g., PMBOK 8, PRINCE2) and adaptive (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe) methodologies;
- Monitoring and evaluation of metrics and indicators: OKRs, KPIs, strategic outcomes;
- Data analysis applied to management: use of advanced Excel, Power BI and Power Query to generate insights and support decision-making;
- Experience with data collection and processing tools such as Microsoft Forms, PowerApps, among others.
