About the role
- Lead and support all Machine Learning activities and data curation.
- Develop and integrate autonomous agents based on LLMs for complex tasks.
- Implement RAG pipelines (indexing, semantic search, integration with vector databases).
- Design scalable architectures for orchestrating multiple agents (LangChain, LangGraph).
- Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for specific contexts.
- Ensure security, governance, and compliance in AI solutions (LGPD, AI Act).
- Define metrics and continuously validate response quality (accuracy, relevance, consistency).
- Monitor performance and apply cost and latency reduction techniques (quantization, distillation).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Master's or PhD preferred.
- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with RAG, vector databases (FAISS, Milvus, Weaviate), and LLM integrations.
- Knowledge of agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
- Familiarity with MLOps and deployment in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
