Key responsibilities & impact

Design and delivery of a Climate-Resilient Labour Mobility Framework for Business
Conduct corridor research, stakeholder engagement, and outreach
Produce risk mapping and analytical foundations for the framework
Work in collaboration with IHRB’s Migration and Just Transition teams
Secure pilot commitments from businesses in the Africa corridor
Deliver final, publication-ready framework document and guidance note

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years working at the intersection of labour migration and climate
Deep knowledge of African labour context and climate pressures
Existing relationships with African policymakers or regional bodies
Proven experience designing analytical frameworks or policy tools
Experience engaging global brands in climate-exposed sectors
Exceptional written and spoken English
