About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years working at the intersection of labour migration and climate
  • Deep knowledge of African labour context and climate pressures
  • Existing relationships with African policymakers or regional bodies
  • Proven experience designing analytical frameworks or policy tools
  • Experience engaging global brands in climate-exposed sectors
  • Exceptional written and spoken English
