Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for managing the corporate credit card program and an e-commerce storefront.
Support the Controller/ Assistant Vice President of Finance and the Assistant Controller in closing processes.
Review transactions for allowability, correct coding, and appropriate support.
Train and support employees to ensure adherence to policies.
Evaluate and process requests for credit limit increases.
Monitor activity for unusual patterns and resolve fraudulent charges.
Work with departments to set up online payment pages.
Troubleshoot payment gateway issues and serve as point of contact for customers regarding refunds.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
Experience with accounting principles, expense processing, and reconciliation practices.
Experience with online payment gateways or merchant services is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive).
Proficiency with Workday and Clover payment systems preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
