About the role
- You proactively contact companies by phone (target group: CEOs/managing directors) and engage them with our AI Leader professional development program (you use our lead list or independently research suitable companies).
- You identify specific AI needs, clearly present the benefits of our training, and schedule qualified consultation appointments for our closing team.
- You document call outcomes in the CRM system and apply your sales experience to help optimize our processes.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of successful B2B cold-calling experience — demonstrably comfortable making outbound calls and achieving results.
- Strong communicator, persistent, and enjoys professional selling.
- Self-motivated and organized — you manage your success independently from a home office.
- Future-oriented: You want to be part of a well-founded education initiative for Artificial Intelligence and actively support companies in securing their competitiveness.
- Remote-first: You have solid technical skills and professional equipment (microphone, camera, lighting) for video calls.
