About the role

  • You proactively contact targeted companies (target group: CEOs/Managing Directors) by phone and engage them in our AI Leader continuing education program (you use our lead list or independently research suitable companies).
  • You identify concrete AI needs, clearly present the benefits of our training, and schedule qualified consultation appointments for our closing team.
  • You document call outcomes in the CRM system and contribute your sales experience to optimizing our processes.
  • You are the first point of contact for inbound leads who have booked an introductory meeting via our website.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of proven experience in successful B2B cold calling by phone — you have demonstrably picked up the phone and achieved results.
  • Strong communication skills, persistent, and enjoy professional selling.
  • Self-motivated and organized — you manage your own success working from a home office.
  • Future-oriented: You want to be part of a comprehensive education initiative for artificial intelligence and actively help companies secure their competitiveness.
  • Remote-first: You have solid technical skills and a professional setup (microphone, camera, lighting) for video calls.
