About the role

  • You proactively contact companies (target group: CEOs and other managing directors) by phone and excite them about our AI Leader training program (you will use our lead list or independently research suitable companies).
  • You identify specific AI needs, highlight the benefits of our training precisely, and schedule qualified consultation appointments for our closing team.
  • You document call outcomes in the CRM system and contribute your sales experience to the optimization of our processes.
  • You are the primary contact for inbound leads who have booked an introductory meeting via our website.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of proven experience in successful B2B cold calling by phone — you have demonstrably picked up the phone and achieved results.
  • Strong communicator, persistent, and enthusiastic about professional selling.
  • Self-motivated and organized — you manage your own success working from a home office.
  • Future-oriented: you want to be part of a structured education initiative for artificial intelligence and actively help companies maintain their competitiveness.
  • Remote-first: you have solid technical know-how and professional equipment (microphone, camera, lighting) for videoconferences.
