About the role
- Define and execute the company’s vision for Media & Attribution, DCO and Franchise/Multi-Location solutions
- Drive innovation in media planning, activation, optimization, and measurement across programmatic, paid social, and paid search
- Partner with executive leadership on company growth strategies, revenue targets, and go-to-market planning
- Oversee client campaign strategy ensuring KPIs and business outcomes are achieved
- Partner with Product & Engineering on development and adoption of proprietary Performance & Attribution tools
- Serve as a visible, trusted senior resource for key client accounts, providing thought leadership and consultative support
- Develop case studies, POVs, and market insights to strengthen client relationships and attract new business
- Build and manage scalable workflows, processes, and tools for campaign management, reporting, and attribution
- Establish standards for measurement, testing, attribution, and optimization
- Partner with product/tech teams to evaluate and implement ad tech, search tools, attribution solutions, data, and analytics platforms
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional team of media strategists, traders, analysts, and account leads
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning; ensure training and professional development programs are in place
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in digital media, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
- Deep expertise in programmatic advertising, paid social, paid search (Google Ads)
- Experience with media attribution & DCO preferred
- Experience driving success for franchise or multi-location clients is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of ad tech (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, CDPs, attribution and measurement tools, search management platforms)
- Successful track record in senior client-facing service and strategy roles
- Proven track record of scaling managed-service teams and delivering strong client outcomes
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and attribution insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presence skills
- Experience with P&L ownership and financial planning preferred
- Must be able to work primarily between the hours of 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM ET
