About the role
- Develop, launch, and manage cross-channel campaigns across Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing), Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), and Programmatic (CTV, OLV, Display, Native, etc.)
- Optimize campaigns daily to achieve KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and reach
- Implement A/B tests for ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
- Translate client/business objectives into actionable media strategies; forecast budgets, impressions, and performance outcomes
- Identify audience insights and recommend targeting strategies
- Build and deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights; conduct post-campaign analysis
- Collaborate with analytics teams on attribution modeling and measurement frameworks
- Communicate daily with clients via email/messenger; provide platform expertise and educate stakeholders on emerging media trends
- Act as expert resource for key clients, providing updates and recommendations to improve performance and deliver on client goals
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on campaign management experience in Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic
- Proven track record of managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and driving measurable business results that consistently meet or exceed client goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and at least one DSP
- Experience with AdForm, StackAdapt, Amazon, or Criteo DSPs is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Looker is a plus
- Knowledge of media attribution models and multi-channel performance measurement
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Experience with tag management, pixels, and event tracking (Google Tag Manager, Floodlight) — preferred
- Familiarity with SEO, eCommerce, and CRM data integrations — preferred
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification — preferred
- Must be able to work primarily between the hours of 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM ET
