About the role

  • Strong focus on business development and deal generation through partners (indirect sales), with a clear results- and revenue-oriented approach rather than focusing solely on partner numbers.
  • Develop and implement partner business plans aimed at generating a qualified pipeline and measurable revenue contribution through partners.
  • Deeply understand our technology and our partners' business models to position instellix as a strategic accelerator for their revenue growth.
  • Position instellix as a revenue and efficiency driver within partners' business models and develop compelling win‑win value propositions.
  • Actively drive and push our partners toward concrete opportunities and closures with end customers.
  • Identify, acquire and develop strategic partners with a clear business case and go‑to‑market potential.
  • Continuously analyze partner performance, market trends and business models to optimize the partner strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a B2B SaaS scale‑up, specifically in partner sales or channel development, with a proven track record in building strategic partnerships.
  • Strong ability, through business and sales acumen, to develop convincing win‑win value propositions and to persuade partners of instellix's business value.
  • High perseverance and consistency in partner management with the ability to pursue long‑term opportunities, actively guide partners and persistently drive deals forward.
  • Strong collaborative working style and close cooperation with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success to successfully execute partner deals.
  • Extensive experience in a scale‑up environment and in building and scaling partner or channel business models.
  • Very quick grasp and deep technical understanding of complex SaaS technologies, and the ability to analytically assess different business models.
  • Seniority and the ability to work and communicate strategically with senior partners on an equal footing.
  • Experience in international partner development, in the FinTech or subscription management space, and in multi‑market scenarios is a significant advantage.
