About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and own the European marketing strategy aligned to commercial growth targets
- Build demand generation across digital, events, partnerships and outbound, tracking contribution to pipeline
- Develop a differentiated brand and value proposition across European markets and brands
- Work with the Product Manager on positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans for new and existing product ranges
- Equip the sales team with tools, content and insight to win business
- Gather market intelligence and customer insight to sharpen strategy and inform product direction
- Build and lead a marketing team
- Own the marketing budget and manage ROI and pipeline KPIs
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director, product, sales, operations and the wider European commercial leadership team
- Work with leadership across the UK, Germany and the Netherlands
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior B2B marketing leadership experience with a track record of connecting marketing activity to revenue
- Proven demand generation experience with direct pipeline and revenue accountability
- Experience in B2B product marketing and go-to-market strategy
- CRM and marketing automation platform expertise
- Track record in multi-market or multi-brand environments
- Industrial, manufacturing, workwear or logistics sector experience (desirable, not essential)
- Ability to operate across geographies and work with commercial teams in the UK, Germany and the Netherlands
- Experience building marketing functions from scratch
- Experience in growth-focused businesses, ideally PE-backed
- Commercial accountability and ability to work with finite resources
