About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively source, qualify, and close new partnership opportunities, focusing primarily on mid-market and growth-stage businesses.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach through to negotiation and closure.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential partnerships, including leveraging networks to make new connections.
- Work closely with the leadership team to refine sales strategies and contribute insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the wider growth function to ensure continuous improvement of the function.
- Represent our brand at industry events and client meetings, primarily within the London area.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Track record selling in HR tech.
- Not just a “lead‑runner”, you’re a hustler who creates opportunities, not just inherits them.
- Confident cold caller and multi‑channel prospector, comfortable building warm networks at speed.
- Commercially minded, structured, and data‑driven with a growth mindset.
