About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients, acting as a key point of contact for non-legal and administrative matters.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders and senior leadership, you will focus on delivering a high standard of client service, strengthening long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to support portfolio growth and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of service, responsiveness and client satisfaction
  • Act as a key point of contact for non-legal and administrative client matters, including compliance support, billing queries and portal assistance
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication and excellent client care
  • Support compliance with internal KYC/CDD processes, statutory requirements and accounts receivable management across the client portfolio
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for portfolio growth and cross-selling of services
  • Support the coordination and distribution of marketing materials and client communications
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and business teams on client engagement initiatives and events
  • Contribute to wider business projects and operational initiatives as required
