Key responsibilities & impact
  • As HRIS Manager, you will play a key strategic role in driving digital transformation across HR, acting as the link between HR, IT and the wider business.
  • You will own the HR technology roadmap, translating business needs into scalable system solutions, while leading a high-performing team to deliver a seamless, data-driven employee experience across a global organisation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Lead HRIS projects end-to-end, including planning, delivery, risk management and stakeholder coordination
  • Manage and continuously enhance the HR technology landscape to support business objectives across multiple locations
  • Define and deliver a clear HR systems roadmap, covering enhancements, integrations and releases aligned to the people strategy
  • Drive automation and efficiency improvements across HR platforms, improving overall service delivery
  • Oversee system configuration, upgrades, testing and governance, ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Deliver reporting and insights to HR leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making
  • Manage and develop the HR Systems team, fostering a high-performance and continuous improvement culture
  • Partner with HR, IT and wider business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions
