Quality Engineer

Sales Development Rep

• Generate and qualify leads through a mix of digital outreach, social engagement, and data-driven prospecting to build a healthy, high-quality pipeline for the sales team.
• Leverage tools such as CRM, marketing automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to research, segment, and prioritise target accounts.
• Create personalised outreach via email, social, video, and calls, ensuring every interaction reflects INSTANDA’s tone, value proposition, and understanding of the client’s world.
• Maintain and optimise CRM data to ensure real-time visibility and accurate reporting across the sales and marketing team.
• Collaborate closely with the EMEA Sales team to book and prepare high-quality discovery calls that convert into meaningful opportunities.
• Track, analyse, and report on weekly and quarterly performance metrics, using insights to continuously refine outreach strategy and improve conversion rates.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to co-create targeted, creative campaigns that align with go-to-market themes and generate engagement across key segments (MGAs, carriers, and brokers).
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with prospects by being consultative, curious, and genuinely interested in solving their challenges.

Sales Development Representative

Marketing

• Support the delivery of North America marketing campaigns, from email to social and paid activity.
• Help localize and distribute content such as blogs, case studies, and client stories for the US market.
• Coordinate with the content and design teams to produce marketing materials for events and digital channels.
• Support the planning and logistics for trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
• Work with the sales team to maximize event ROI from pre-event promotion to post-event follow-up.
• Help manage relationships with partners, agencies, and industry associations.
• Assist with campaign setup and reporting in HubSpot (or similar platforms).
• Monitor lead flow, ensure data accuracy, and help track campaign performance.
• Contribute ideas to improve digital engagement and lead generation.
• Partner with UK-based Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure alignment across regions.
• Participate in regular marketing team meetings to share insights and learnings from the North American market.
