About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Inbound sales, contract closing & onboarding: You take responsibility for qualified inbound leads. You conduct professional, value-focused software presentations online (or on-site in exceptional cases) tailored to the prospect's needs, persuade them of the benefits of our platform, and independently drive the sales process to a successful close. You closely guide new customers through the entire onboarding process, configure the system according to the specific requirements of their dealership, and ensure a smooth start with Autrado.
  • Long-term customer relationships & account management: You act as the primary and trusted point of contact for existing customers and proactively ensure they maximize the value of our software and remain satisfied in the long term.
  • Customer service & support: You flexibly support the customer service team with everyday inquiries and step in for technical support during holidays or peak periods.
  • Lifecycle & reporting management: You independently design your onboarding and customer retention measures and report directly to senior management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Industry knowledge: You have solid experience in automotive retail or a deep understanding of cars, vehicle sales, and the associated vehicle data structures.
  • Customer-focused mindset: You bring a strong passion for customer satisfaction, exceptional empathy, and the patience required for high-quality onboarding, customer success management, and technical support.
  • Technical aptitude: As you will manage and support a comprehensive cloud suite, you quickly familiarize yourself with complex digital tools, understand logical system architectures, and can clearly convey these to users.
  • Independence & team spirit: You are highly organized and used to working as a hands-on "all-rounder" — fully independent and structured, whether in the office or working from home. At the same time, you are happy to pitch in with day-to-day operational support tasks when needed.
  • Communication skills: You have strong subject-matter knowledge and business-level German language skills (both spoken and written) to interact with car dealers on equal terms and provide high-quality written support. English skills are a major plus.
