About the role
- Own enterprise picking experiences
- Build understanding of shopper workflows and retailer operational pain points to design tools
- Work closely with retail partners to ensure our tooling integrates naturally into their in-store environments
- Partner with enterprise sales and retailer success teams to support partner onboarding and adoption of new features
- Define platform solutions that scale across retailer sizes, store formats, and fulfillment models
- Represent the picking and tools roadmap with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally within enterprise B2B or operationally complex environments
- Built products end-to-end and know how to drive initiatives from early concept through scaled delivery
- Highly data-literate and comfortable navigating ambiguity with analytical rigor, using data to prioritize ruthlessly and make sound tradeoffs
- Communicate complex ideas with clarity and influence
- Understand the shopper and retailer experience deeply
- Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset
