Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile
- Deep expertise in growth-focused design, including subscription journeys and monetization models
- Proven success leading 0→1 initiatives and evolving mature products
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
- Strategic systems thinker who designs for scale
- Experience aligning cross-functional teams around a shared growth narrative
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and guiding teams toward clarity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
