About the role
- Own a critical product area and help define and drive the strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes.
- Deeply understand and articulate the what and the why behind our customers pain points to build and drive an outcome oriented product roadmap.
- Work extensively in our labs and retail partners to test features, observe user behaviors, and iterate quickly; support pilots and launches as needed.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle, from deep user and retailer discovery to final delivery.
- Champion best-in-class design and user experiences.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment by partnering closely with Engineering, Hardware, Design, Data Science, Operations, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions; communicate tradeoffs, risks, and progress with transparency.
Requirements
- 1+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience with model training and evaluation
- Strong experience directly working with complex data and analytics to make good decisions when confronted with ambiguity
- Knowledge of design tools and strong design thinking practices
- Strong understanding of an empathetic, flexible, and iterative approach to product development
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, influence cross-functional teams, and build alignment across multiple stakeholders at all levels.
