About the role
- Own and manage the Greenhouse ATS platform, including configuration and optimization of workflows, templates, job requisitions, interview plans, and system audits.
- Act as primary system and technology owner for recruiting systems, lead feature adoption strategy, and manage enhancements.
- Provide administration and expert support across tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, ModernLoop, CodeSignal, Gem, SeekOut, BrightHire.
- Full technical ownership of evaluating, selecting, and implementing new recruiting tools and integrations.
- Oversee design and maintenance of integrations between Greenhouse, Workday, and other systems to ensure data flow, integrity, and automation.
- Collaborate with Recruiting, People Technology, People LAB and People Analytics to manage system changes and troubleshoot.
- Identify and drive continuous improvements in automation, efficiency, and candidate experience using AI-enabled solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships, evaluate solutions, coordinate pilots, upgrades, and renewals.
- Act as primary contact for tool performance reporting, issue escalation, and roadmapping with vendors.
- Lead implementation, upgrade, and rollout of recruiting technologies, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and quality.
- Oversee and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning, requirements validation, and defect tracking.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with major ATS administration - at least 2 years of Greenhouse experience.
- Proven experience configuring and optimizing recruiting technology stacks, including workflow design, offer/approval management, and reporting.
- Proven functional ownership of integrations between recruiting systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS, interview tools).
- Familiarity with the full TA toolchain: scheduling, sourcing, outreach, assessments, compensation, and automation solutions.
- Experience as a primary administrator or lead SME of multiple recruiting systems.
- Preferred: Experience managing integrations between Greenhouse and Workday.
- Preferred: Prior project management or lead responsibilities.
- Preferred: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: Experience leveraging AI or automation technologies in recruiting.
- Preferred: Technical certifications in Greenhouse, Workday, or similar platforms.
