About the role

  • Resolve tickets for all internal requests related to software, hardware, networking and equipment issues
  • Troubleshooting on various tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Atlassian, Kandji, Intune and others
  • Lead lifecycle onboarding and offboarding for employees including accounts, hardware logistics and training
  • Plan, maintain and manage inventory logistics for all equipment, including shipping to local and international employees within APAC region
  • Define and automate company processes to help scale the company proactively
  • Work closely with HR, Engineering and Sales to onboard and support international teams and systems
  • Build new processes and continuously improve infrastructure, security and systems

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and services for a growing organisation
  • Strong experience with Mac OS and Windows
  • Proficient with modern cloud applications, interface
  • Ability to operate with a “security first” mindset
  • Experience of working with a modern ticketing system
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Natural problem solver who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
