About the role
- Resolve tickets for all internal requests related to software, hardware, networking and equipment issues
- Troubleshooting on various tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Atlassian, Kandji, Intune and others
- Lead lifecycle onboarding and offboarding for employees including accounts, hardware logistics and training
- Plan, maintain and manage inventory logistics for all equipment, including shipping to local and international employees within APAC region
- Define and automate company processes to help scale the company proactively
- Work closely with HR, Engineering and Sales to onboard and support international teams and systems
- Build new processes and continuously improve infrastructure, security and systems
Requirements
- 4-8 years of Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and services for a growing organisation
- Strong experience with Mac OS and Windows
- Proficient with modern cloud applications, interface
- Ability to operate with a “security first” mindset
- Experience of working with a modern ticketing system
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Natural problem solver who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
