Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Controller

• Oversee and optimize the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets; own and optimize month-end, quarter-end, and annual close processes ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate internal/external reporting.
• Build and grow disciplines including Financial Reporting, Technical Accounting, Accounts Payable, Payroll, International Accounting, Corporate Accounting and Consolidations, Tax, Treasury, and Risk.
• Research, interpret, and implement complex accounting pronouncements (e.g., ASC 606, ASC 842); develop and maintain robust accounting policies and procedures.
• Design, implement, and maintain internal controls over financial reporting; independently manage external audits as the primary liaison with external auditors.
• Ensure the accounting function has appropriate tech stack and processes to scale; drive continuous improvement and automation of accounting processes and systems (ERP/NetSuite, expense management, billing systems).
• Partner closely with FP&A, Sales, Legal, and other business owners to provide insight into actual financial results, inform forecasting and planning, and ensure proper accounting treatment for new products and transactions.
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Prepare the accounting function for future growth, including potential M&A activities and public company readiness (e.g., SOX readiness).

Chief Technology Officer

• Translate complex technical and AI concepts into clear, compelling business value propositions, articulating Instabase's transformative impact on their core strategic imperatives.
• Cultivate and deepen executive-level relationships, fostering long-term partnerships built on shared strategic vision and mutual growth.
• Collaborate with sales on strategic opportunities, providing executive-level technical credibility and thought leadership to shape deal strategy and customer perception.
• Advise on sophisticated solution architectures, guiding customers on how Instabase can integrate strategically into their enterprise ecosystem, addressing future-state data security, governance, and scalability at an executive level.
• Act as a principal subject matter expert on competitive and market trends, strategically positioning Instabase's differentiation and unique advantages to drive mindshare and market leadership.
• Gather critical market intelligence and customer requirements, translating them into actionable insights for Instabase's product and engineering teams.
• Influence the product roadmap and strategy by advocating for features and capabilities that address emerging market needs and customer pain points.
• Identify new use cases and market opportunities for the Instabase platform.
• Represent Instabase as a thought leader at industry conferences, webinars, and executive briefings.
• Develop and contribute to technical whitepapers, blog posts, and other content that showcase Instabase's capabilities and vision.
• Be an external voice for Instabase, sharing our vision for AI-powered automation and its impact on the enterprise.
• Leverage your professional network to engage in thought-provoking dialogue, driving industry discourse and shaping perceptions of Instabase's leadership in AI automation.
• Provide advanced technical training and mentorship to Instabase's sales engineering, professional services, and sales teams.

Field CTO

Accounting Manager

• Report to the Accounting Lead as an individual contributor (IC) owning and evolving revenue processes, policies, and reporting
• Lead the monthly revenue close process, ensuring timely and accurate revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 and other relevant guidance
• Own the accounts receivable and collections process, improving working capital and customer experience
• Design and implement scalable revenue accounting policies and procedures to support evolving business models and go-to-market strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, and FP&A to operationalize revenue-related initiatives and provide insight into deal structuring
• Serve as the primary contact for all revenue-related matters during financial and statutory audits

Revenue Accounting Manager

Account Manager

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic channel partners (resellers, system integrators, technology partners) across key EMEA markets.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with channel partners; act as primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Develop and execute comprehensive enablement plans, providing partners with training, tools, resources, and support.
• Collaborate with Instabase's direct sales teams to identify joint opportunities and facilitate co-selling.
• Develop and manage joint business plans with key partners, setting objectives, strategies, and success metrics.

• Plan, maintain and manage inventory logistics for all equipment, including shipping to local and international employees within APAC region
