About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, and own production-grade automation and agent workflows using Salesforce Flow, NetSuite workflows and saved searches, Claude, Slack, Linear, and Notion.
- Run projects from discovery and scoping through launch and ongoing iteration.
- Own data quality, deduplication, record ownership hygiene, field-level validation, revenue metrics accuracy, and data governance across Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Ensure automations comply with HIPAA requirements, PHI boundaries, and Inspiren data policies.
- Manage sandbox-first development, documented change requests, tested releases, rollback plans, and version control.
- Administer Salesforce and NetSuite, including users, licenses, permissions, objects, fields, layouts, record types, validation rules, approvals, reports, and dashboards.
- Build and maintain Salesforce-to-NetSuite and related integrations with HubSpot, Slack, Notion, and Linear.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify automation and systems improvements and maintain a unified roadmap.
- Advise on business systems architecture, AI automation strategy, configuration versus code, and responsible AI usage.
- Engineer system prompts and agent configurations for Claude-based automations and evaluate agent behavior.
- Produce playbooks and system documentation.
- Coach teams on business systems and AI tooling to drive independent problem-solving and adoption.
- Evaluate platforms and own tool-selection decisions.
- Track and report measurable business impact, including time reclaimed, error reduction, throughput, and data quality.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years in business systems, technical operations, revenue operations, workflow automation, or a comparable systems role at a tech company.
- Clear accountability for measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on administration of a production Salesforce org.
- Experience with Salesforce permission sets, sharing models, custom objects and fields, Flow Builder, validation rules, approval processes, reports and dashboards, and sandbox-to-production deployment.
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Hands-on NetSuite administration, including roles and permissions, custom records and fields, saved searches, workflows, and reporting.
- Comparable ERP experience with a credible plan to ramp on NetSuite may be considered.
- Understanding of quote-to-cash from opportunity through order, invoice, and recognized revenue.
- Experience with bulk data operations, deduplication, ownership reassignment, mass updates, backups, and rollback planning.
- Specialist-level knowledge of multi-step agentic workflows with integrations, conditional logic, and error handling using Claude, Zapier, n8n, Slack, Linear, Notion, and Salesforce.
- Prompt engineering and agent-configuration experience, including methodology for evaluating outputs and identifying failure modes.
- Ability to read API documentation, understand data structures and payloads, debug integration failures, and learn unfamiliar platforms independently.
- Track record of building trust with non-technical stakeholders, especially Finance and RevOps.
- AI-native working style with specific experience designing agent systems and AI workflows.
- Experience helping non-technical people develop automation skills.
- Sound judgment regarding PHI boundaries, HIPAA requirements, segregation of duties, and responsible automation design.
- Bonus: Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification; NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
- Bonus: SuiteScript, Apex, SOQL, iPaaS or integration middleware, CPQ, billing, revenue recognition, LangChain, hardware or physical-product business models, or growth-stage company experience.
