About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the end-to-end development of radar sensing architectures
Work closely with hardware engineers, embedded systems engineers, software developers, product managers, and stakeholders
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Conduct design reviews and partner with design and development partners to drive rigorous Design for Cost (DfX)
Provide technical guidance and mentorship
Perform RF system lineup analyses to ensure designs meet industry standards
Troubleshoot complex RF/mmWave design issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) or a related field (Ph.D. preferred)
15+ years of relevant industry experience in RF hardware design
Strong knowledge of RF/mmWave hardware design
Expert proficiency in schematic, layout, and EM simulation flows using Cadence Allegro/Capture, Ansys HFSS, and Keysight ADS
Expertise in Tx/Rx specification flow-down, linearity, noise analysis, and IC/package co-design for high-frequency modules
Scripting experience in Python for test automation
Hands-on experience with probe stations, spectrum analyzers, and anechoic chambers for conducted and radiated (OTA) characterization at mmWave frequencies
Familiarity with module packaging technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities
