About the role
- Oversee the end-to-end project management of the **“Love That” social series**
- Coordinate across internal teams (creative, business units and product teams, production, social, design) and external partners to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure creative consistency and brand alignment across all content.
- Track performance metrics, audience engagement and campaign success, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation.
- Troubleshoot challenges and proactively propose solutions to keep the project on track.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the series.
Requirements
- Experience in project management experience, preferably in digital campaigns, or media production.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g.Monday.com).
- Understanding of social media platforms, formats, and best practices.
- Ability to translate creative ideas into structured plans and timelines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with creative agencies, talent, or production crews.
