Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage client onboarding and transition from sales to delivery
  • Build senior stakeholder relationships and run account reviews
  • Identify and drive revenue growth and account expansion
  • Lead proposals, renewals, and commercial discussions
  • Own account revenue, forecasting, and margin performance
  • Act as escalation point and oversee delivery quality and governance
  • Provide market insights and support service innovation
  • Collaborate across internal teams to align delivery and resourcing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–7 years’ experience in Account Management / Client Success / Business Development
  • Proven ability to grow revenue and expand client accounts
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with proposals, commercial discussions, and contract renewals
  • Commercially astute with ownership of revenue, margins, and profitability
  • Able to manage multiple accounts and work across Sales, Delivery, and Talent teams
  • Experience in consulting, technology services, or testing/quality engineering (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of managed services or resource augmentation models (advantageous)
  • Comfortable engaging senior and executive-level stakeholders.
