About the role
- Manages the development of Inspire Brands to expand market presence and support the growth and transformation of the brands
- Pipeline Growth - 70% Shepard new locations from lead to design and construction
- Relationship Management - franchisees Opportunity evaluation Franchisee qualifications Site specific data collection Requesting Franchise agreement
- Initiates communication on the opportunity to internal constituents Internal collaboration with cross functional teams - 10%
- Systems Management - 20%
Requirements
- Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing or related field
- 3 Years experience in Non-Traditional industry experience Franchising Sales
- Preferred Knowledge, Skills or Abilities: Salesforce (preferred)
- Financial Disclosure Document Process
- Project Management Prior experience working with large food service providers/concessionaires for brand selection
- Non-Traditional/B2B Sales
