About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Performing maintenance of all machines, equipment, and property of the company.
Able to dismantle devices to gain access and remove defective parts.
Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
Repairs or replaces defective parts. Only repairs electrical and plumbing equipment and fixtures when feasible.
Lubricates and cleans parts.
Start devices to test their performance.
Overseeing outside vendors as necessary, documenting all services and repairs performed.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Minimum of 35 hours/week.
