About the role
- Lead the strategic growth and operational excellence for Arby’s Canada
- Drive performance in sales, profitability, and digital execution
- Act as the primary liaison between the brand and Canadian franchisees
- Oversee a portfolio of Canadian Franchisees to set and exceed performance goals
- Facilitate annual planning and business reviews with franchisees
- Develop and execute strategies for net unit growth throughout Canada
- Drive adoption and performance of digital sales channels
- Analyze performance data for strategic coaching
- Support franchisees in remodeling and new restaurant development
- Conduct restaurant evaluations for compliance with brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support franchisee initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in multi-unit operations or supervisory management
