Key responsibilities & impact

Create legendary experiences for guests by overseeing operational processes and procedures for a region of restaurants
Serve as the liaison between sports bars and support center ensuring strong communication of initiatives, programs, and key focus areas
Focus on daily sales, marketing plans and operations including costs of goods sold, labor, and guest relations
Guide overall business strategy into day-to-day execution, providing coaching and feedback to management teams
Coach and support management teams on team member recruiting, development, performance management, and retention
Support training and development of management team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years of multi-unit restaurant operations experience
General knowledge of functional support areas including Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Finance, and Development
Ability to manage and direct the work of others
Passion for training and developing your team
