About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Establish and maintain strong business partnership with local partners and licensees
Inspire goals and targets and manage multiple stakeholders internal and external
Learn and live the current OKR approach and educate market to focus on store development
Work with a cross-functional Inspire team and Direct Manager for partners/licensees to reach their business targets
Influence partners/licensees on the value of the people development component of their business plan
Manage Company budget with direct manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in small to medium franchisee general management or large franchisee Director of Ops experience
Fluency in communicating in English and ability to read, write & speak the language(s) in the assigned region (Korean and Japanese)
Demonstrated experience in providing technical and operational training
Strong relationship building skills; able to motivate and coach with excellent communication skills
