Directs and leads multiple construction projects within a designated territory
Acts as company liaison to Franchisees, contractors and vendors keeping them on schedule
Provides guidance and support to franchisees on project specific costs
Directs the management of all Project Schedules
Ensures quality control and adherence to Brand specific design & construction standards
Participates in various Brands Leadership team meetings
Participates in construction meetings with his/her team
Handle special projects assigned by Department Leadership
Requirements
2 Year / Associate Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Business Administration preferred
5-10 years’ experience in general construction (non-residential) and construction project management
10 years of experience in restaurant / retail construction management in a Franchise Organization preferred
Experienced in project management (construction)
Detailed knowledge of supporting technology, budgeting, estimating, scheduling
Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Cloud based project tracking solutions.
Strong relationship and influencing skills
Working knowledge of building codes, ADA, federal and state requirements
Ability to manage multiple projects, in an aggressive time sensitive environment
