Product Manager

• Own the roadmap for NetSuite and related internal systems and data sets impacting Finance, Accounting, and Operations
• Act as NetSuite system owner: handle user roles, permissions, workflows, and basic scripting
• Design and optimize processes and systems related to order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and spend management
• Translate business needs into product and system requirements for custom NetSuite functionality and connected systems
• Manage end-to-end projects for system upgrades, feature rollouts, or integrations including sandbox testing, UAT, documentation, and change management
• Scope and deliver integrations using APIs, middleware (e.g., IPaaS), or vendor tools
• Support vendor relationships for NetSuite and third-party tools, ensuring SLAs, support, and renewals
• Train and support users across departments as systems or processes evolve
• Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR, and Engineering and report to the Director of Product Management (Carlos Romano)
