About the role
- Partner with VIP customers to onboard them to our portfolio companies
- Source and onboard new customers to the ICG ecosystem
- Help customers monetize their luxury items through HEWI
- Act as a Personal Shopper to help customers curate their wardrobe
- Be the dedicated point of contact for escalated customer support
