About the role
- Partner with VIP customers (high net-worth individuals and celebrities) to onboard them to our portfolio companies
- Source and onboard new customers through referrals, targeted sales/marketing, and networking events
- Help customers to monetize their closet and make money off the products they loved and are ready to part with
- Act as a Personal Shopper to help customers find the best deals and curate their wardrobe
- Be the dedicated point of contact and escalation point for any questions, issues or concerns from VIP customers
Requirements
- Someone who has worked in luxury fashion or the designer re-sale space
- Someone who enjoys sales and account management; someone motivated by high variable compensation and uncapped commission
- Someone who genuinely loves fashion and accessories!
