About the role
- Apply Inspin's methodology in weekly remote meetings with the schools in your portfolio.
- Support the implementation of processes, tools and performance dashboards.
- Interpret reports and translate data into practical, actionable insights.
- Engage school teams (leadership, coordinators, administrative staff) in the transformation process.
- Encourage strategic, data-driven decision making.
- Monitor the execution of action plans and support adjustments when necessary.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate on solutions.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset and process-oriented thinking
- Leadership ability and meeting facilitation skills
- Organized, responsible, and committed
- Skilled at interpreting data and turning numbers into actions
- Enjoy working with people and motivating teams
- Understanding of the sales funnel and commercial logic
- Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or related fields
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel)
- Preferred: experience with private schools
- Preferred: knowledge of marketing and social media
- Preferred: experience in commercial/sales roles
