About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver product implementation and support activities for Insperity Workday and software-as-a-service products
  • Coordinate with Insperity’s internal project management team to complete assigned tasks and meet deadlines
  • Consult with customer decision makers regarding human capital management system configuration and needs
  • Advise clients on implementation strategies and best practices
  • Conduct discovery sessions and document functional specifications using the Project Scope Document
  • Complete advanced configuration, documentation, testing and validation of software across HR, payroll, compensation, time tracking, absence, talent, recruiting, learning, benefits, security and reporting workflows
  • Provide administrative-level Workday user training
  • Facilitate client status update calls, identify issues and potential escalations, and recommend best practices
  • Maintain customer service standards to support satisfaction and retention
  • Champion customer needs through resolution of data conversion and onboarding issues
  • Develop customer relationships to integrate deliverables and meet business goals and metrics
  • Keep current on products, industry trends and customer training needs
  • Manage client training materials
  • Gather product and software feedback for product and leadership teams
  • Mentor, monitor and support HCM Analysts as a subject matter expert
  • Travel to designated client sites for training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or a related field or four years of related experience is required
  • Five to seven years of experience in systems integration or enterprise-class HRMS product implementation is required
  • Ability to interpret tax rules on the state, federal and local level for software configuration
  • Experience working with high-touch, large, complex clients in a mid-market setting
  • Interpersonal communication skills to interface with peers, leadership and customers
  • Expert in conducting customer-facing meetings
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate technical and project information in a business context
  • Track record in delivering quality, on-time business solutions to a diverse customer base
  • In-depth human resources and payroll knowledge within a business setting
  • Ability to multi-task and manage complex tasks to completion with minimal direction
  • Expert level of accounting fundamentals and payroll/human resources best practices
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of tax setup and requirements at the Federal, State and local level
  • Subject matter expertise in payroll and human resources reporting for application in a business setting
  • Strong customer relations, time management and organizational skills
  • In-depth understanding of cross-departmental systems integration including time and attendance, and benefits
