About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Host remote kick-off meetings with clients to determine business objectives for project implementations
Create configuration notes documentation and review it with experienced Implementation personnel
Complete client software setup and verify answers to configuration questions
Learn to configure ongoing system requests with the Analyst team
Configure and test interfaces integrating HR, payroll, or accounting systems
Tailor formal training to customer specifications
Provide new-client training for administrators, operators, supervisors, and employees on Insperity Business Performance Solutions software
Document and review open training issues and update configurations as necessary
Update configuration notes with changes
Work with clients on system optimization through project closing
Coordinate project deadline timing with team members and mentor
Improve customer experience and satisfaction and increase customer reference-ability
Learn technical skills for future enterprise project implementations, including SQL scripting and software configuration

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field is required
Experience in system integration, HR, accounting, or the computer industry preferred
Technical support or training experience preferred
Solid interpersonal skills for interfacing with coworkers and customers
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks to completion with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
Experience communicating technical and project information in a business context
Demonstrated track record delivering quality, on-time business solutions to a diverse customer base
SQL or FoxPro database experience
Strong customer relations, time management, and organizational skills
